Apartment in Fažana with Mediterranean Garden

The house is in a quiet residential area in Fazana, in the Valdbandon area. It is about 2km to the romantic fishing village Fazana and about 7km to Pula.



The apartment is on the first floor of the house and provides around 70m² of living space, comprising two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a shower/WC and a balcony. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the other with two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. If there are only two guests, the second room is set up as a living room. The modern and functionally furnished apartment has two wardrobes, cloakroom space, a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, washing machine, satellite TV and radio alarm. There is Wi-Fi reception.



The Mediterranean garden is planted with olive trees, palms, laurel, lavender, rosemary and herbs. The outdoor pool, the lawn, garden and gas grill are for the shared use of all house guests. Parking spaces are available.



Very close to the house there are several restaurants and grocery shops. There are supermarkets in Fazana or Pula. It is about a 10-minute walk to the nearest family beach. Other natural beaches are just a few minutes away by car. All the Valbandon beaches have water sports facilities (boat hire, jet-ski, paragliding, diving, pedalos). Owing to their flatly shelved shore and shade, the Valbandon beaches are especially popular among families. Valbandon belongs to Fazana and is a starting point for trips to Brijuni National Park with its group of islands.

    “Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieter, haben uns super mit Essen und tollen Tips verwöhnt.
    Es ist ein ganz süßer, lieber Hund im Haus.
    Sollte man wissen, falls man das nicht möchte.

    Die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas spartanisch, leider fehlte auch etwas zum saubermachen, z.B. kleiner Eimer, Aufnehmer o.ä.”

    “The accommodation is close to Pula and nearby there are more restaurants and bakeries. Parking right outside the accommodation. Nice hostess who was helpful Positiv: Very happy with the booking and the place. Large apartment, clean and very nicely decorated. Nice to have a pool, the pool area was nice and well-kept. If we get the opportunity to return to Pula, we will again choose the same accommodation. Very nice hostess. Negativ: Nothing. We are satisfied with everything Restaurant: Gladiator - Nice restaurant in Pula. got the table and service quickly. The staff were nice and the food delicious.”
