The apartment is located in a small residential area on the edge of Eibenstock. From the balcony you can enjoy direct views of the ski slope with lift. The residential area offers the perfect starting point for excursions and hikes in the surrounding Erzgebirge with its numerous peaks and dams. The access goes via a side road or via a mountain road (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking is possible on the property in summer and opposite the property in winter.
