Golden Sand Beach Villa is a beautiful, newly restored 6-bedroom villa with a private pool and breathtaking sea views, located approximately 10 km east of Rethymno town, right next to the beach and within short walking distance of taverns and supermarkets. Luxury and comfort await you in this magnificent setting.
The villa is exceptionally spacious, covering an area of 400 sqm, and boasts a unique style. As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a grand hallway with impressive high ceilings. To the left is the living area with a comfortable modern sofa and a TV set. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area, and further on, there's an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a large covered patio. This outdoor space is perfect for relaxation, enjoying a drink, having lunch, or reading a book. On the ground level, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined to form a double. Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities with a shower and WC.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find four more bedrooms. The master bedroom features a spacious double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi and WC. Additionally, there is another double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all with en-suite shower and WC. The villa can accommodate a maximum of two baby cots. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and provide access to a large balcony with stunning views of the sea and the sandy beach in front.
The villa is set on an 800 sqm plot, providing a safe and ample space for children to play. The 40 sqm pool is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, offering a perfect spot for sunbathing. Next to the pool, there's a covered area with patio furniture and a built-in fireplace-barbecue.
