Holiday House in Žrnovo with Private Pool
New modern and very comfortable bungalow villa in Korčula's dreamy village. To the turquoise sea and child-friendly pebble beach only a few meters. Great for swimming and fantastic for snorkeling.
Wide sandy beaches can be found around a radius of only 7km.
By car you can reach the lovely Old Town of Korcula or other idyllic regions on this fascinating island in a few minutes.
Bungalov Villa with a fantastic pool, 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate WC and cozy living room with dining area and fully equipped open kitchen, covered terrace, well-kept garden and carport. The philosophy of the house follows the luxury in its simplicity and perfectly combines the superior comfort, the natural openness and the desired privacy. Each bedroom has a double bed king size 200x180cm with satellite TV, access to terrace or garden and private bathroom with shower / WC.
In the living room two additional guests can sleep on a large and comfortable lounge couch. Dining table and kitchen area round off the living area, which leads directly to the terrace.
The hot water is treated sustainably by means of sufficient solar surfaces on the roof. The villa is winterproof and has floor heating throughout the entire area.
Fully air-conditioned interior, room-dependent adjustable, LCD TV in every room, radio, SAT and Internet WLAN in all corners complete the technical offer.
The elegant kitchen has cooker with 4 gas hob, oven, dishwasher, extractor hood and a fridge.
In separate room is a additional fridge for drinks and iron with table available.
The spacious covered terrace invites you to dine alfresco, especially in the evening with barbecuing and chilling. On the sun loungers by the pool you can relax and enjoy the sun. The partial sea view makes the soul rest. Swimming in the pool 3,60 x 6m and 1,50 m deep.
Two cars are protected in the carport by the sun. More cars are parked on the private property. The traffic-calmed situation and the fenced property ensure the safety of the children.
To the villa belongs also an anchor buoy in the bay immediately close to the house. These can use guests with boats free of charge.
Partly suitable for wheelchairs. (only the shower cabins are 57cm wide), the doors are 80cm wide.
The beach you can reach in one minute, the supermarket and some restaurants and bars also in 5 minutes by walking. The center of Korcula is about 15 minutes away with car.
At the opposite side of Villa is one of the biggest kite surf club and school, where before few years was the world champion ship. You can reach it with a small boat in some minutes.
