Located at the uphill drive to the Hochkönig, very calm, on the hillside, amidst meadows and behind the farm of the owner.
Entfernungen:
Summer and winter sports center Dienten with ski lifts, high altitude cross-country course, ski school, supermarket and illuminated toboggan run in 4.5km! Spa region Gasteinertal 15km, golf course 20km, Zell am See 30km, Böndlsee (lake) 20km. There are sever trails to the Reicheralm or the snack station Grünegg (1 hour each) or into the town Dienten, which start directly behind the farmhouse. Mountain biking: Watzmann-Hochkönig route - either via Dienten to Maria Alm or from the farmhouse to the Böndlsee and the sun terrace St. Veit! The house iis a perfect starting point for mountain tours as well as for bicycle rides. Fischerstüberl 2km. Rafting 19km. Next to the house you can also find some animals, such as cows, horses, ponys, goats, dogs, cats and rabbits.

The interior of the farmhouse was completely new equipped in 2017. Ground floor: at the entrance area is a kitchenette with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine. Living room with seating corner, sofa corner, satellite TV, woodburning stove. WiFi. Shower/toilet. Staircase to the upper floor: there is a room with double bed and single bed and the way to the double room. Central heating. Behind the house are seats, a barbecue and meadow.

Local tourism tax currently 2,-/person/night, pet 20,-/stay. Bed linen can be rented for 7,-/set and towels for 5,-/set.
