This lovely apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house with a convenient location and good access to the beautiful coastal town of Santa Maria di Castellabate, which you can reach after a short drive. The apartment is ideal for a family with children, and your four-legged friend is also welcome here. The apartment has an equipped terrace on the common property, where you will also find the small pop-up pool, which you can use in community with the residents of another apartment. Also for communal use is the cozy barbecue area, where you can test your grilling skills yourself as an alternative to the good restaurants and trattorias in the near and far surroundings. Your landlords live on the 1st floor. Santa Maria di Castellabate offers wide free and equipped sandy beaches, a beautiful promenade directly in the town, nice coffee bars and excellent restaurants where you can taste the various specialties and the excellent wines of this region. Don't miss a visit to the ancient hamlet called Castellabate (UNESCO World Heritage Site), located about 280 meters above sea level, which dominates the entire bay of Santa Maria di Castellabate. This ancient mountain village was mentioned for the 1st mail in 1123, still today, as in the past, it is a labyrinth of ancient little houses, romantic alleys, stairways, small squares with breathtaking panoramas and hidden trattorias or small bars. The "piazzetta", or village square, is the meeting place of both the inhabitants of the village and some vacationers, also here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding hills, while the wide view of the sea from the Belvedere di San Costabile completely captivates the viewers, especially during sunset. The Cilento is located in the Campania region, in southern Italy, between Paestum in the north, Sapri in the south and the Vallo di Diano in the east, with about 100 km of coastline, mountains and 200 small, mostly medieval villages. For culture lovers, we recommend a visit to the majestic temples of Paestum, the wide staircase with its "scaloni" and the imposing 16th century gate that lead to the medieval center of the small town of Agropoli, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire coast from the fortifications of the old town. In Santa Maria di Castellabate itself, don't miss a visit to the small island of Licosa, or from the small harbor in neighboring San Marco, plan the approximately one-hour walk up to "Punta Licosa.""
