The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, renovated in 2017 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in a busy environment, in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.

    “Sehr schön gelegene und ausgestattete Wohnung; alles ganz neu; gesicherter Parkplatz am Haus (beschattet); luftiger Balkon mit idealem Sitzplatz: Blick zum Meer und über den Garten; der großzügige Wohn/Essraum sowie die beiden Schlafzimmer haben je eine Aircondition, was uns sehr willkommen war, weil es schon sehr heiß war; über den Garten und eine kleine Straße hinunter zum Strand ist dieser in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen; auch im Garten gibt es eine großzügige Sitzfläche (Pergola) und eine Dusche.
    Wir hatten die Wohnung für Zwei gemietet (plus Hund), sie bietet sicherlich aber auch für vier Personen genug Platz. Wir haben uns darin sehr wohl gefühlt. Top Betreuung durch die Agency vor Ort!”
