House in Krotiri with Large Terrace and Fantastic View

The detached stone house is on a 6000m² site by a hill, Delion, below the former temple of Apollo, with an open view of the Paros bay, Parikia and the mountains behind. The house is surrounded by terraces and therefore offers a sheltered spot whichever way the wind is blowing.

All the rooms are fitted with air conditioning. The living room measures around 30m² and has a fireplace, a suite and a sofa bed, as well as a flatscreen TV. The bathroom has a bath with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The first bedroom with a terrace is furnishd with a French double bed, two bedside tables, a desk, shelving and an open wardrobe. The second bedroom with a terrace has two single beds 90cm wide a shared bedside table with two drawers, as well as several shelves and an open wardrobe. The kitchen adjoins the living room and is equipped with a double sink, a stove with an oven, a microwave with a grill, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

The house stands detached on a site of around 6000m² with olive and fig trees, surrounded by terraces. To the side of the house there is a large terrace with seating and a grill. The terraces provide garden furniture with loungers and parasols.

It is about 4-5 minutes by car to the centre and the beach with the harbour, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and various shops. The house is nestled into a hill.
