The wonderful modern villa is located on the first sea line of the small marina of Son Serra de Marina and offers spectacular views over the entire Bay of Alcudia.
Even the sandy beach, which is still partly untouched, can be reached on foot from here. If you don't want to go to the beach, you can treat yourself to a relaxing swim in your own 11 m x 4 m indoor swimming pool in complete privacy. This is truly pure luxury!
The minimalist, bright modern furnishings and the high quality of the materials and equipment make this villa a first-class accommodation with the sea as the protagonist.
There is space for up to 8 guests and the approximately 270 m² of living space is spread over a total of three floors:
On the ground floor there is a large front terrace overlooking the sea and another at the rear with barbecue and outdoor dining room. A comfortable and bright living room with fireplace and large windows, all with electric shutters. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a large stained glass window overlooking the sea. Designed, equipped with modern appliances and a breakfast table. There is also a shower room on this floor.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and the master bedroom, also with its own en suite bathroom, is on the top floor. This also has a living room area with a sofa corner that offers a wonderful panoramic view over the Bay of Alcudia and the mountains of the north of the island.
