Luxury villa with a pool and sea view

Relax and enjoy well-being in a quiet location, with a beautiful view of the sea and the harbour town Split.



The villa provides around 265m² of living space divided between two large apartments. The apartment on the upper floor has three bedrooms with double beds, a living room and an open kitchen, while the apartment on the lower floor has four bedrooms each with a double bed, a living room and an open kitchen. A total of four bathrooms are available. The house was completely renovated and furnished in 2017.



There are four parking spaces in the private courtyard. The whole site measures 890m². There is an 8 x 4m pool in the garden. There is also a roofed loggia with a large grill in the garden for leisurely evenings. The whole garden area is surrounded with beautiful artificial lawn, with plenty of space for relaxing.

    “Bonne situation géographie, proche de Split et Trogir peu loin de la mer.
    Maison confortable ; nombre de chambres et salle de bain.
    Bémol sur l'équipement cuisine ; très peu de plats de services et d'ustensiles de cuisine, couverts de service, couteaux de cuisine, plateaux. Verres trop grands et fragiles ne pouvant aller au lave vaisselle etc....
    Manque de transats 6 pour 14 personnes. et manque de parasols. herbe synthétique qui ne rafraichit pas en cas de grosses chaleurs.
    Barbecue et espace extérieur pour déjeuner très bien ainsi que la piscine d'une bonne dimension.
    Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.”

    “Da dieses Haus zwei Küchen hat, eine im Obergeschoss und eine im Erdgeschoss kommt es öfter vor das die Gäste eigenständig das Geschirr und Besteck nicht an seinen ursprünglichen Platz wieder bringen, so kommt es evtl. vor das in einer Küche zu wenig Gegenstände sind und in der anderen zu viel. Die Gläser wurden ursprünglich auf die Küchen so aufgeteilt das sie in die Spülmaschine passen. Da das Haus meistens komplett gebucht wird kommt es hier gelegentlich zur Vermischung der Küchenutensilien.”

    “Sehr schönes ,sauberes Haus, so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet ist. In der Küche hat uns nichts an Geschirr oder Geräten gefällt..
    Sehr schöne gepflegte Außenanlage , Pool ist auch sauber gewesen.
    Durch die absperrung des Hofs konnten sich kleine Kinder frei am Grundstück bewegen.
    Der Vermieter war zwar nicht vor Ort, war aber immer per Whatsapp/Handy zu erreichen oder man konnte sich auch an den Nachbarn melden.”
