Four bedroom fully detached holiday villa with a private swimming pool

This modern holiday villa is located in Neo Chorio, a traditional village in Paphos within a 5 minute drive of the picturesque area of Latchi harbour. Known as the Gateway to the Akamas', Neo Chorio is situated in the hills overlooking the coastline of the Chrysochous Bay on the edge of the Akamas peninsula. With two Cypriot tavernas, a small grocery store and a couple of Kafenions' where locals gather to socialize and chat over thick, strong coffee the theme of the village is laid back.

As you enter the property you will immediately notice that it offers two separate living areas offering corner leather sofas, each with flat screen TVs. There is a DVD player, radio and wireless internet for your entertainment. There is also a glass fireplace, ideal for the cooler months. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs including an oven, hob, American fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a breakfast bar offering extra worktop space. There is a door located in the kitchen which leads out to the poolside terrace. The adjacent dining area with faux leather chairs seats up to 10 guests.

The villa offers 3 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The master double bedroom offers a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The two remaining double bedrooms share access to a communal shower room. The twin bedroom has access to an adjacent shower room. Each bedroom offers a hairdryer.

The property is air-conditioned throughout.

Outside, you will find the 11m x 5m swimming pool with roman steps surrounded by plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the Cyprus sunshine.

The large portable barbecue, twinned with the outside dining area creates the ideal environment for al fresco dining.

The outdoor area provides extensive gardens, trees and fruit trees. The secluded location offers the ideal peaceful holiday, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nearby sites.

Iron gates lead you down the driveway to the villa lined with flowers and shrubs. This area offers plenty of off-street parking.

The Akamas peninsular covering approximately 230 square kilometres is where you will find wild landscape, amazing natural beauty, deep gorges and wide sandy bays. The diversity of wildlife is of outstanding ecological importance for the Mediterranean and the wide variety of fauna is certainly impressive. This area of outstanding natural beauty is criss crossed with many walking trails which makes Neo Chorio the perfect base if you enjoy walking, painting, bird watching and photography.

The sea side resort of Latchi can be reached within a 15 minute drive. With its picturesque harbour and marina, it features an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. The coarse sand and shingle beaches have sun beds and umbrellas for hire, several restaurants/snack bars providing refreshments and for the more energetic, a water sports centre.

Polis and the surrounding villages offer many activities such as boat trips, go-karting, fishing, cycling, watersports and scuba diving. The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities, Water Park, Paphos Zoo and attractive harbour area is within an hour's drive. There are 4 golf courses; Minthis Hills Golf Club, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within approximately a 40 minute to 1 hour drive.
