Three bedroom fully detached holiday villa with a private swimming pool and sea view sun terrace

This modern holiday villa is located in the charming resort of Latchi, within walking distance to the beach and amenities. Take the time to explore some of the inland villages off the beaten path in the northwest region where you'll discover such delights as village cultural centres and museums, galleries, churches and wineries with free wine tasting.

Perched on the hilltop, just above the Latchi beach and harbour, this lovely 3-bedroom villa offers the most beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea and charming Latchi harbour. The property's unique location is ideal for those who enjoy seaside walks. Amenities and the beach are conveniently located within walking distance.

The access to the villa is via a slightly inclined private road, which borders the fruit orchard. Upon entering the property you will find the elegant open plan living area, dining and kitchen. The living area is airy and bright due to the large arched windows, that offer amazing sea views. It is nicely furnished with comfortable sofas and rattan style coffee table. For your entertainment there is an internet TV and wireless internet connection. The adjacent modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area offers a table with seating for 6 guests. A small hallway from the dining area leads to the villas' bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are cheerfully decorated in pastel colours and the arched windows grant beautiful sea and mountain views. The master bedroom is a double bedroom, featuring modern en-suite shower room and built-in wardrobes. The balcony doors lead to the outside sea view terrace.

The middle bedroom is a twin bedroom, ideal for children. The remaining bedroom is a double bedroom, with ample wardrobe space and balcony doors leading to the outside terrace. A modern family bathroom is conveniently located in between the twin and double bedroom. There is a utility section with washing machine and tumble dryer within the bathroom.

The villa is equipped throughout with air conditioning units for cooling and heating. Central heating is also available in cooler months. A baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

The doors from the kitchen area lead directly to a fully furnished outside terrace. The generous outside space features a large private swimming pool with walk in steps. The terrace is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas as well as relaxing chairs, perfect to enjoy your drinks while soaking up the spectacular views. The dining table and built in barbecue make this area ideal for al fresco meal preparation and dining. The villa offers ample private parking.

The Akamas peninsular which covers approximately 230 square kilometres is where you will find wild landscape, amazing natural beauty, deep gorges and wide sandy bays. The diversity of wildlife is of outstanding ecological importance for the Mediterranean and the wide variety of fauna is certainly impressive. This area of outstanding natural beauty is criss crossed with many walking trails so particular suited to walkers, adventurers and those who enjoy painting, bird watching and photography. The coastline of this area can also be enjoyed by boat with daily excursions available from the marina.

Polis and the surrounding villages count bowling, go-karting, fishing, cycling, watersports and scuba diving amongst the many activities on offer to the visitor. The Minthis Hills Golf Course is approximately a 40 minute drive away. The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities, waterpark, Paphos Zoo and attractive harbour area is within an hours drive.

There are 4 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within approximately a 30 minute to 1 hour drive.
