This house built in 2017 is on a little holiday house estate with 14 other houses by a beautiful little moor lake in Twist/Niedersachsen, not far from the border to the Netherlands.
The house provides around 120m² of living space and can accommodate a maximum of eight people. It has four spacious bedrooms on one floor. The house has a modern, open built-in kitchen with an adjoining dining space. The living room with a comfortable suite and a beautiful view of the lake has an adjoining big terrace. The first bathroom with a shower and a luxury whirlpool is light and generous. The second bathroom has a steam shower, WC and washbasin.
The garden of around 500m² right by the lake (10 metres) provides ample space for your children or a dog, or simply for relaxing on our sun loungers. Enjoy the wonderful view and the peace and quiet. Let yourself be enchanted by nature. The lake totals around 12,000m² and invites you to swim or to go on a little tour in a pedalo or dinghy. Fishing and surfing are allowed. Note that the site is not enclosed. The house was completed in December 2017.
On this complex there is a riding and pony farm, where you can go riding or keep your own horse during your stay. The farm has a playground, a small animal zoo, a playing paradise for children and a farmhouse café.
