Far away from urban crowds in a small secluded place by the sea, is this small and simply furnished semi-detached house. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and bathroom connected by a steep staircase (not suitable for children) to the first floor. There, is the first bedroom a walk-through room. The third floor is reached via an external staircase where is a small bathroom right at the entrance and a small bedroom with a beautiful sea view. In addition to the terrace with barbecue, there is a pool. Up to the house leads a about 3 km paved steep serpentine road.
