This is a comfortably furnished house in a beautiful location. It has stunning views up to the far end of Grossarl Valley. It is an independent house without neighbours. The nearest supermarket is nearby. You can go for wonderful strolls during summer. The location is a delight for hikers. They can hike to over 40 Mountain huts in the area. The place is ideal for mountain bikers also. The holiday home has a sauna with shower. At a distance of 200 metres, you will get a ski bus which takes you, in winter, to the 8 km Grossarl-Dorfgastein ski area. You will find the ski slopes truly enchanting.

    “Für uns war es in Ordnung und genügend Platz. Ein kleines Radio in der Küche , wo man sich in einer Gruppe wohl am meisten aufhält ,wäre zu empfehlen. Sauber und für Hundefeunde ( auch größere Hunde ) ideal.”

    “Das Haus ist einfach, aber super gemütlich. Wir haben uns dort in der Zeit vom 22.-29.12.2012 sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und geräumig. Die Bäder - super. Die Wohnküche mit dem alten Ofen - einfach toll. Einzig die Stube könnte "bequemere" Sitzgelegenheit bieten, sofern man mal einen Fernsehabend einlegen möchte. Da in der Küche die Sitzegelegenheit mehr als ausreichend ist, wäre in der Stube kein Tisch mehr nötig, eher eine Couchgarnitur, für den Fall, dass wirklich mal mehrere Leute zur gleichen Zeit dort fernsehen wollen. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir die Zeit dort aber sehr genossen. Ein wunderschönes Haus.”
