Beautiful Istrian natural stone villa with a private swimming pool

This beautiful holiday home is situated in the picturesque small village of Vabriga, halfway between Poreč and Novigrad, on the sunny Istrian peninsula.

The villa, given it's 200 year-old history, is decorated in a typical Istrian style. Outwardly indigenous, built from Istrian stone, while the interior offers all the benefits of modern life. It's designed as an apartment on the upper floor and a studio apartment on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to 8 people (6 plus 2) and is ideal for families.

The private pool will delight anyone who wishes to avoid the crowds at the beach, looking for peace and privacy. The outdoor barbecue is always available for family gatherings and home entertainment while the indoor fireplace is ideal for intimate gatherings with a glass of your favorite wine. With plasma TV, satellite channels and free WiFi you will always be in touch with the latest news. The villa also has a secure parking for two vehicles.

In the vicinity of the villa there are cycling trails, a riding center, go-kart poligon, paintball area, disco clubs and many water activities such as sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving school. Aquapark Istralandia and Aquapark Aquacolors are only 10 km away. Be sure to visit the Roman amphitheater in Pula ( The Arena) and the church of St. Euphemia in the beautiful town of Rovinj, both within 45 minutes drive. The medieval town of Motovun known for its original truffle dishes and beautiful sightings it's only 30 minutes away.

    “Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und war sehr sauber, in der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Beide Bäder sind modern eingerichtet. Der Pool ist ein Traum.
    Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt, bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit telefonisch mit den Eigentümern in Verbindung setzen.”

    “Das Haus inkl. Pool, Garten und Carport ist sehr schön und sauber. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel, Kaffeefilter, Grill uvm…
    Das Haus besteht aus einer Erdgeschoß Wohnung mit Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Schlafcouch und Bad und einem Obergeschoss mit Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Bad, Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten.
    Lage direkt an der Straße, Zufahrt und Erreichbarkeit ist sehr gut. Im überdachten Carport ist bestimmt Platz für drei Autos. In ein paar Minuten ist man z.B. am Campingplatz Laterna am Strand (10€ pro Tag). Es fährt auch eine Bimmelbahn, wir haben es leider nicht geschafft sie zu nutzen. Das Haus liegt toll zwischen Novigrad und Porec (ca. 10 Min Autofahrt). In der Fussnähe sind mehrere Restaurants, ein kleiner und ein großer Supermarkt, Wechselstube und Geldautomat (ca. 5 Min).
    Die Fotos sind eher älter, denn das Grundstück ist aktuell ziemlich grün und der Pool ist durch den Carport von der Straße nicht einsehbar.
    Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!”
