Holiday Apartment in Alt Travemünde - Rönnau with Private Parking

The holiday apartment is situated by the Europaweg in the immediate vicinity of the Travemünde ferry port. The park-like site faces the Trave estuary. The coming and going of ships is within sight.

A comfortably furnished 49m² two-room apartment awaits you. The balcony side of the living space facing south-east is completely fitted with floor-to-ceiling sliding window elements, allowing ample daylight in and creating a loft character. The kitchen space is fully-equipped. The underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) with separate mattresses and a big wardrobe.

The balcony provides garden furniture, a parasol and garden loungers. The park-like site of around 7000m² has three offset houses, two of which have three storeys and one of which has two storeys. The attic storeys consist of penthouse apartments. The car parking space designated for the apartment is right in front of the house entrance.

The apartment has two bicycles in its cellar room. The apartment and the cellar can be accessed via the stairs or conveniently by lift. During the swimming season, a canopy beach chair is included on the beach. You can use the Wi-Fi Internet connection free of charge.

It is barely a 15-minute walk or less than 5 minutes by bike to the old town and the weekly market square, where Travemünde’s shopping, café and strolling mile by the water starts with the adjoining promenade and the beach. Opposite, on the Priwall, the legendary windjammer “Passat” is moored, the emblem of Travemünde.

    “Es gibt hier gar nichts zu beanstanden. Positiv: Hochwertiger Neubau nahe des Hafengebiets mit sehr guter Austattung und gemütlichem Ambiente. Netter Kontakt sowie unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe bei An-/ Abreise.
    Eigener Strandkorb in der ersten Strandreihe vorhanden. (Bei uns im Oktober nicht mehr)
    Besonders hilfreich waren die kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten sehr guten Fahrräder, mit denen alles schnell erreichbar ist. Weiterhin befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle (u.a ins Zentrum) sowie eine Bahnstation (Richtung Zentrum oder Lübeck) quasi direkt vor der Tür. Das Hafengebiet mit zahlreichen Fischgeschäften/ Buden und netten Sitzgelegehheiten ist schnell erreichbar. Negativ: Für die weniger mobilen Menschen ist zu beachten, dass es fußläufig etwas weiter ist, bis man im "Zentrum " ist. Diesbezüglich aber o.g. beachten. Restaurant: Weinstube "Das kleine Winkler" - Pfälzische Weine direkt vom Winzer und köstliche hausgemachte Spezialitäten (z.B. Saumagen ). Sitzgelegenheit direkt im Zentrum (auch außen). Ausflüge: Fischereihafen Niedorf, Fischrestaurant/ Bude "Klüvers" - Steilküstenweg mit dem Fahrrad entlng nach Niendorf in den Fischereihafen. Dort das Fischrestaurant/ Bude "Klüvers" mit eigenem Bier aus deren Brauerei - lecker :)”
