Located in Rauris, near the Rauriser Hochalmbahnen ski area, this is a 7-bedroom holiday home that offers gorgeous mountain views from the terrace. You also have a private sauna to relax in. The holiday home is best for an extended family or a friendly group of 16 persons.

This holiday home is ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. In the nearby area, there are many challenges for hikers and cyclists. Supermarkets and restaurants are at 6.6 km and 2.3 km, respectively. The beautiful, wide ski tracks at 6.5 km are reachable by car in 5 minutes. For excursions, the towns of Wörth and Rauris are well-known. Also, the towns of Zell Am See and Kaprun are about a 20 to 30-minute drive away.

The holiday home's kitchen invites you to prepare meals of your choice. You can enjoy delightful breakfasts on the terrace with the garden furniture and have lavish dinners on the large dining table. There is ski storage to keep your skiing equipment safe. Parking is available.

    “Das Haus ist ein sehr schönes, sauberes, gepflegtes Anwesen, in sehr schöner Umgebung gelegen.
    Das Haus hat zwei moderen Küchen und schöne saubere Bäder.
    Das Haus ist gut zu erreichen, man benötigt im Winter aber unbedingt Schneeketten.
    Der Verwalter macht einen sehr netten Eindruck.

    Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen !

    Wichtig :
    Die Gebäude , die direkt an das Ferienhaus angrenzen, gehören nicht mit zum Anwesen.
    Die Überfahrt mit dem PKW über den Hof ist zwar möglich, aber ein Zutritt zu den Ställen und anderen Gebäuden jedoch nicht!

    Das Spielen mit Kindern ist auch nur direkt auf dem Grundstück des Ferienhauses möglich, jedoch nicht auf dem Bauernhof.


    Auch wenn es ist im Winter sehr reizvoll ist direkt neben dem Haus rodeln zu wollen, so ist dies leider auch nicht möglich, da es alles Wiesen und Weiden des angrenzenden Bauerhofes sind.

    Zum Rodeln muss man mit dem PKW zu den nächstgelegenen offiziellen Rodelbahnen fahren.”
