Fully renovated in 2017, comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), TV and international TV channels (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Large terrace 31 m2 partly roofed, small terrace 18 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (1 car). Please note: not suitable for small children. Private entrance, smoke alarm.

    “Das Studio ist für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Der Wohn-/Küchenraum geht nahtlos in eine Schlafecke über. Das Bett ist ausgesprochen bequem. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, das ein oder andere Utensil fehlt, stellt jedoch kein Problem dar. Im Wohnraum steht ein umklappbares Sofa. Der Fernseher gibt die Möglichkeit auch deutsche Programme (private+öffentl. rechtliche) zu schauen.
    Etwas unglücklich ist die Lage des Bad, es schließt sich direkt an die Schlafecke an und ist lediglich durch eine dünne Schiebetüre trennbar. Vielleicht für frisch verliebte Paare weniger geeignet :-)
    Absolut hervorzuheben ist die großzüge Terrasse, die im Grunde einen weiteren Raum zur Verfügung stellt. Ebenso positiv zu nennen ist das Pool und der gepflegte Garten, hier kann man herrlich entspannen und sich erfrischen.
    Die Hauseigentümer wohnen in der oberen Wohnung und sind sehr nette Menschen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, bis zur Ortsmitte sind es jedoch ca. 30 Minuten Fußweg.”
