This spacious apartment is located on a farm in the vicinity of the Delta of the river Po and about 6 km from Ariano nel Polesine. The holiday accommodation is spread over two levels. On the ground floor you will find the dining room, a kitchen leading directly onto the garden with patio and barbecue so you can enjoy some alfresco dining. On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have a bathroom with direct access, one bath is accessed from the hallway. All bedrooms have TV. There is a stunning swimming pool with two water height levels and it is fenced and has a shower. The pool and the recreation area with large wooded park and solarium are shared with the guests of the other two apartments in the same building and with the guests of three other apartments located in other buildings. The farm is surrounded by beautiful fruit trees, cereals and legumes crops and is set in a quiet, peaceful area of the Po-Delta Park (Unesco-Reserve) which offers a unique landscape where land and water blend in a natural uncontaminated scenery. In the channels of the property live many water and marsh birds such as herons and cranes, a real joy to experience. Guests can also stroll on foot or by bike along many itineraries and visit charming small towns such as Adria, Mesola, Chioggia, Pomposa and Comacchio. On the property there is also a Roman archaeological site which can be visited. The property is in a good location for visiting the art cities of Venice, Ferrara, Ravenna and Padova.
