Comfortable holiday apartments in a traditional white house

These modern and light holiday apartments are just a few steps from the sandy beach and the blue Aegean around the little village of Stavros on the west side of the interesting Greek island of Crete. It provides perfect accommodation for a holiday with plenty of sunshine, beaches and sea.

It is less than 100 metres to the long sandy beach, with beach bars and restaurants with regional specialities and an international menu.

This modern and light holiday apartment is just a few steps from the sandy beach and the blue Aegean around the little village of Stavros on the west side of the interesting Greek island of Crete. It provides perfect accommodation for a holiday with plenty of sunshine, beaches and sea.

The 55m² holiday apartment is on the upper floor of a two-storey residential house newly built in 2004 in a traditional, white, Cycladian style. It was refurbished in 2011 and comfortably furnished. It has a living and dining room with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen unit, a bedroom and a spacious daylight bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen unit next to it has a two-zone electric hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Both bedrooms have two single beds that can also be joined together as a double bed. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. A cot and a highchair are available and plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. The reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.

The living room opens onto the private sunny terrace. You can make yourselves comfortable at the table with chairs and enjoy the sunset over the hills after a long day on the beach, with a glass of Greek wine. If you arrive by car then you can use the parking space right in front of the house.
