    “Het is in een woord geweldig.
    De locatie ,de ruimte van het terras en appartement.
    Je hebt uitzicht rondom ,je verveeld je geen seconde .
    Goed parkeren ,en met de ferrie ben je in 5min in Oostende.
    Alles is aanwezig om ook zelf te kokkerellen .
    Ik zou zeggen ,huren mensen ,maar niet zo dat er geen weekjes voor mij niet meer overblijven ,want ik kom zeker terug.”

    “Ausstattung: Alles ist neu, sauber, qualitativ hochwertig und in sehr gutem Zustand. Lediglich Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. eine Schüssel um Teig zu machen ;) fehlen
    Lage: Das Haus ist eines von mehreren sehr modernen Hochhäusern die im Hafengebiet gebaut werden. Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Man ist mit der Fähre in 10-15 min in Oostende, in 5-10 min (am Fort Napoleon vorbei) am Strand und in 10 min beim Bäcker. Da wir ohnehin keine Strandkörbe und Strandrummel wollten war's für uns genau richtig. Aufgrund der großen Fensterfronten hat man einen tollen Blick über den Hafen und zum Strand. Dort waren auch immer wieder Wellenreiter, die da eine Baracke haben.
    Preiswürdigkeit: Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr günstigen Preis über Pfingsten. Ich nehme an, dieser wird noch anziehen. Wer aber was besonderes Sucht hat hier was tolles gefunden.
    Etwas irritierend finden wir, dass in dieser Wohnung sicher schon geraucht wurde und auch Katzenhaare waren obwohl beides strikt verboten ist. Der Rauch war zum Glück nicht so schlimm und keiner von uns ist Allergiker.
    Die Bilder spielgeln den Eindruck der Wohnung wieder. Die Abwicklung war reibungslos.”
