Charming little country villa with a sunny disposition in beautiful, protected natural countryside very close to the sea. The fenced property, set in four acres and with a perfect pool,is on agood track off a very quiet but well-maintained minor road in a peaceful and private spot, near the lovely Port of Pollensa beach.
There are two double rooms and a single one, with two lovely bathrooms and air conditioning throughout.A cosy little living room area with fireplace is in the long dining room and the fabulous rustic kitchen is fully equipped.
This little villa also has some surprises in store – some wonderful luxurious touches, such as the master bathroom with claw-foot bathtub.
Solid wood indoor furniture, rattan chairs outdoors, high quality touches and décor all round.
There is a sweep of clean, uncluttered stone terracing around the pool and in the barbecue/summer kitchen area, a fine olive tree in the front yard and a shady terrace at back for cool lunchtimes.
Plenty of clean outdoor spaces and harmonious indoor rooms make this the ideal destination for small families or groups of friends who appreciate peace and quiet but don’t want to be too far off the beaten track.
The villa is well situated for the lovely sandy beaches and hubs of Alcudia and Playa de Muro, in one of the few consistently flat areas of Mallorca. Any visitor would enjoy a stroll or a ride on a simple pushbike around the country lanes, lined with fig trees, olives trees, orange and lemons, with views over wild marsh and farmland to the distant blue mountains, accompanied by the song of the frequent skylarks. In just a few minutes you could be at the beach, or in the town.
