This stunning private holiday villa is located in a green area in the hills of Sosua - in a quiet cul-de-sac within electric security gates. It is just 10 minutes by car to Sosua downtown with its busy nightlife and restaurants; it is also only approximately 15/20 minutes from Cabarete's Kite Beach.
The three-bedroom villa is set over two floors. The master bedroom is reached by a spiral staircase and has a king size bed, private shower room and toilet with a separate vanity sink area. It has its own private veranda and sitting area. The two other bedrooms downstairs are double bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other has twin beds with its own en-suite.
The main living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen. There is a fridge/freezer; microwave oven; coffee machine; and toaster - bottled water is also provided free of charge. It also has a TV, internet and free Wi-Fi and a writing desk space. All rooms have ceiling fans.
There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine.
The main feature of this villa is its big covered terrace overlooking the large pool and lush tropical gardens. It has panoramic views of the ocean past the tropical trees which provides that added feeling of tranquility. Its elevated position in the hills also benefits from cooling breezes all year round. A gas fired barbeque is available for use.
The property is not suitable for wheelchair users or for those with mobility impairments as there are steps to the property. Please enquire direct for further information prior to booking this property to ensure its suitability.
There is a free "meet and greet" airport pick-up service available from Puerto Plata Airport (for up to 4 people). Airport transfers for 5 people and more - a taxi service can be arranged for a fee.
