Lovely cottage in a perfect location in the leisure home area Sandskogen, east of Ystad. The sea and its magnificent sandy beach are within walking distance from the house, it invites for sunbathing, swimming and relaxing walk. The area is a summer idyll with miniature golf, tennis courts, cozy restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors. On good cycling routes come to the center of Ystad, which is very suitable for a shopping spree. but can also see the church of Santa Maria and the monastery Gråbrödraklostret. Even the legendary Ales Stenar in Kåseberga is worth a visit. The house has an engaging, open architecture, its wooden deck just outside the kitchen is well suited for outdoor dining. The upper floor of the house is completed. In the garden furniture is available. In the small annex. have a place to sleep, shower, toilet and kitchenette available.
