ATTICO ANNA MERAVIGLIOSA VISTA SUL MARE L'attico appena costruito è ubicato in posizione strategica in quanto si trova nel corso principale del paese a pochi passi da tutti i servizi turistici. La sua posizione ti permette di non aver bisogno dell'utilizzo dell'auto almeno che non si vogliano visitare le nostre meraviglie che distano pochissimi chilometri. A circa 150 metri dall'attico vi è la fermata dei bus che portano a Palermo, Trapani etc. la stazione ferroviaria dista circa 3 km .



L'attico è fornito di tutti i confort per assicurarsi una vacanza nel pieno relax e tranquillità, a questo i proprietari sempre con molta discrezione saranno presenti notte e giorno per qualsiasi vostra esigenza. Non occorre portare nulla in quanto nell'attico troverete: lenzuola, tovaglie, phono, asse da stiro, lavatrice, appendiabiti, cucina confortevole con tutte le dotazioni a uso esclusivo, internet wi-fi , tv satellitare etc. Dispone di una camera matrimoniale con aria climatizzata, la seconda camera con letto una piazza e mezza comoda per due persone e aria climatizzata, bagno con ampia doccia, cucina e terrazza attrezzata.

N.B. Riscaldamento e aria climatizzata a pagamento €0,50kw\H. Da pagare a fine check-out in base al consumo insieme alla tassa di soggiorno.

    “Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter, die uns bei Ankunft mit einem Körbchen voller Leckereien überraschten; saubere, geschmackvoll eingerichete Wohnung; wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Meerblick in belebter Straße. Man ist also mitten drin, was uns gut gefallen ist. Die Bäckerei ist einen Eingang weiter und zu einem kleinen Supermarkt mit gut sortierter Gemüseabteilung geht man wenige Schritte in die andere Richtung. Restaurants und Cafés gibt es in großer Zahl ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einige waren allerdings geschlossen (Reisezeit: 2. Februarhälfte). Da es nach Sonnenuntergang zum Teil noch empfindlich kalt war, mussten wir uns in der Wohnung warm anziehen. Einzige Möglichkeit zum Heizen war die im größeren der beiden Schlafzimmer angebrachte Klimaanlage.”
