In the quiet residential area called Punta des Port, between Cala D'Or and Porto Petro, Mallorca.
Two-storey high quality villa. On the ground floor there is an open living-dining room with access to the covered terrace and pool area. Modern island kitchen conected with the living-dining room by a large sliding door. On this floor there is a double bedroom with access to the garden and pool area, with en suite shower room. On the first floor there are three twin bedrooms -two with ensuite shower and one with en suite bath room-. All have access to a balcony which leads to a terrace.
In the basement there is a room with sofas and a table tennis. Here is also the washing machine.
