PEACEFUL HOUSE 5 MINUTES FROM THE LAKE + PARKING

This lovely home is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood located only 5 minutes drive from the lake and the center of Salo' (one of the most lively and busy towns in the area). Nearby supermarket, touristic attractions, shops and bars.

Spacious duplex above Salo'. GREAT LOCATION only 5 minute drive from the lake. FREE parking. wi-fi, garden.

This lovely home is surrounded by well kept and fenced private garden where it is possible to relax and sunbathe. There are 2 covered and paved patios, one of which with a large table, where to eat outside or relax in the evening. The apartment is on the ground floor. We enter the house in the living area with the double sofa-bed and an open kitchen which is fully equipped for cooking and eating. The sleeping area has 3 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (1 of which en-suite). in the basement there is the washing room and the 3rd bathroom. All 3 bathrooms have shower/bathtub.

The attic level of the house has a separate entrance and it is used by the owners.

COMING BY CAR NECESSARY We are located just above the town of Salo' (5 minute drive) which is located about half way along the western coast of the Lake Garda, in an ideal position to reach many other towns and villages around the lake such as, Peschiera, Sirmione, Toscolano-Maderno, Desenzano, Limone, etc.
