Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über das ganze Dachgeschoss und liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in ruhiger und sonniger Lage. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone nach Ost und West ausgerichtet und man genießt einen herrlichen Bergblick auf die umliegenden Berge wie Wank, Alpspitze und das Zugspitzmassiv.
Der großzügige Wohnraum ist mit einer bequemen Couchgarnitur sowie einem ausziehbaren Doppelbett ausgestattet, das in die Dachschräge professionell eingebaut ist. Die Küche ist neuwertig und komplett ausgestattet (Ceran Kochfeld, Backofen mit Grillfunktion, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Küchengeräte etc.). An die Küche selbst grenzt eine gemütliche Essecke im Flur mit eingebauter Eckbank. Das Schlafzimmer bietet große Einbauschränke, Regale und zwei in die Dachschräge eingebaute, nebeneinander platzierte Einzelbetten. Das Bad verfügt über Badewanne mit Duschvorrichtung, Waschbecken und WC. Haartrockner vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es ein separates Gäste-WC.
