Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Olympiaort Garmisch-Partenkirchen am Fuße der Zugspitze. Garmisch bietet für jedes Alter etwas. Wandern auf zahlreichen gepflegten Wanderwegen direkt vom Haus aus, Bergsteigen, Mountainbiken, internationale Veranstaltungen, Kulturtage und Open-Airs, Schwimmen, Golfen, oder nur Erholen im Sommerurlaub. Skifahren auf Weltcupstrecken, Langlaufen auf gepflegten Loipen, Besuch von Internationalen Wintersportveranstaltungen. Lassen Sie sich entführen in dieses Reich der Sinne, wo Urlaubsfreude und Vergnügen im Mittelpunkt stehen!

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist eine helle 90qm große Nichtraucher- Wohnung in gehobener Ausstattung im 1. Obergeschoss eines komplett neu renovierten Hauses (kernsaniert) mit Wandheizung und geöltem Holzdielenboden. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen geeignet;

1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und großem Landhauskleiderschrank mit Spiegel und Kofferbock, Herrendiener und Safe. Perfekt ausgestattete Landhausküche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe, Backofen mit Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Senseo-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Raclette, Wok, Fine Bone China Geschirr,…Essecke mit Eckbank und Stühlen Wohnzimmer mit TV, DVD, Radio, und schöner Sesselgarnitur. Badezimmer mit großer Wanne und separater Dusche, Spiegelschrank, beleuchtbarem Kosmetikspiegel, Fön und ein separates Gäste-WC. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über einen großen Balkon mit Terrassenmöbeln, einen kleinen Garten mit Grillplatz, Garage und einen Skiabstellraum. Eine Waschmaschine/Trockner ist vorhanden sowie ein Bügeleisen/Bügelbrett.



W-LAN mit mitgebrachtem Rechner ist kostenlos, ebenso können Sie kostenlos im deutschen Festnetz telefonieren. 2 Fahrräder stehen zur kostenlosen Nutzung bereit.
