Under the motto: “Preserve the old, experience the new,” the Unterleming farmhouse was lovingly and lavishly renovated. The farmhouse dates back to the 17th century, the old structure was preserved and combined with new. The entire farmhouse was insulated with sheep's wool. You can spend cozy, relaxing hours in the cozy living room with a tiled stove. The towns of Maria Stein and Angerberg are only 2-3km away, here you will find shopping opportunities as well as restaurants, cafés and smaller shops. The farmhouse can be reached by car all year round. Pets are welcome.

    “Fantastisk dejligt og flot renoveret feriehus. rigelig plads til vores familie på 12 personer. god plads til opbevaring af skistøvler og skitøj i tørt rum med varme. Godt udstyret køkken med alt og nydeligt service, alt fungerede perfekt.
    Flotte og rummelige soverum med skønne senge, virkelig luxus.
    Meget hyggelig og stort spiserum i tilknytning til køkkenet med hyggelig pejs og alt det træ vi kunne bruge- fantastisk.
    Meget hundevenlig. Masser af plads til parkering med 3 biler- sneryddet så nem adgang til huset.
    Dog manglede vi et større rum med sofaplads til alle- de to rum kunne med stor fordel slåes sammen.
    Alt andet var hel perfekt og funktionelt.
    Skønne badeværelser - alt meget hygiejnisk og rent.
    Husværten var meget venlig og imødekommende - vi følte os virkelig velkommen.
    Set i forhold til alt dette- er lejeprisen rimelig.”
