Il Residence per vacanze si trova in un borgo caratteristico sulle alture del Lago Maggiore, a poca distanza dai centri di Cannobio, Cannero Riviera e dal confine svizzero.

C'è un giardino comune con tavolo e sedie. Il parcheggio gratuito è a soli 500 m.

L'appartamento bilocale si trova al piano terra del Residence. E' composto da zona d'ingresso, cucina arredata, soggiorno con divano letto e TV, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. Il comune è costituito da tre frazioni montane - Trarego, Viggiona e Cheglio - immerse nel verde alle pendici del Monte Carza (1116 m), che offrono un panorama mozzafiato sul Lago Maggiore. I rigogliosi boschi della zona sono percorribili su numerosi sentieri ben pavimentati. Nel sud dei villaggi ci sono terrazze utilizzate per la viticoltura e in inverno come pascoli per il bestiame. Anche se molti degli agriturismi sono stati trasformati in case vacanze, c'è ancora molto da scoprire in questo mondo di contadini e pastori, che si è sviluppato in piena armonia con il mondo della montagna.
