Vacation home in Castellammare di Stabia, located on the beautiful promenade, with breathtaking views of Mount Faito (1,120 meters above sea level reachable by cable car in 12 minutes). In the foreground are Mount Vesuvius and the islands of Ischia and Capri. The house is located on the mezzanine floor in an independent building with an independent entrance, close to all services and typical stores that are always open due to the tourist vocation of the place. The house is simply but neatly furnished and offers five bedrooms (2 with sea view), a spacious kitchen with sea view, a living room with TV and a gym with sea view equipped with treadmill and exercise bike. On the first floor at the back there is an outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining. From here a spiral staircase leads to a terrace with panoramic views of the coast of Castellammare di Stabia, where you will enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The central position is strategic, from here you can reach the port with ferry connection to the island of Capri, just 400 meters away. Pompeii 4 km, Sorrento 12 km and Amalfi-Positano-Ravello 16 km. On site you can order additional services (on request and payment): typical lunches and dinners, special arrangements with organizations for sea-land excursions or for water sports. Possibility to rent bicycles, motorcycles, cars and boats. Nearby there are numerous supermarkets and stores, restaurants, characteristic pizzerias and places that serve typical sweets and dairy products. A vacation in this house will let you know the true culture of the place. Parking in the garage only on request and payment.
