The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and offers 74 m² of space for up to 4 people. The cosy living room (23.5 m²) with its decorative Biedermeier tiled stove has a large panoramic window that opens a unique southern view of the Kaisergebirge mountains. The kitchen-living room (14 m²) consists of a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a separate pantry and a spacious dining area from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Brünnstein. The first bedroom (13 m²) with south window has a single bed and a comfortable sofa bed. A special cot can be added if required. The second bedroom (13 m²) with double bed is furnished in alpine style and faces east. The bathroom (5.5 m²) is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, shower and bathtub. From the sunny south-facing terrace with its seating area in front of a colourful flower bed, there is a unique view of the panorama of the surrounding mountains. There is a shady parking space for your car on the north side of our house.

    “Viel zu viel Infomaterial vorhanden, was z. T. aus dem Jahr 1989 stammt und nicht mehr aktuell ist, z. B. das Hallenbad in Oberaudorf gibt es seit Jahren nicht mehr, ebenso die Wachtl-Bahn, wir waren vergebens dort.
    Die Lage ist top, ruhig am Ortsrand,”
