Holiday apartment in an idyllic location right by the sea
The house is wonderfully situated in Fazana, on the south-west side of the Istrian peninsula, right opposite the famous islands of the Brijuni National Park and 5km from Pula, the largest Istrian town with its Roman amphitheatre. The apartments enjoy a quiet and central location on a cul-de-sac with a sea view. It is just a couple of minutes from the seaside promenade, harbour and centre. You can walk to shopping facilities, some good restaurants, a café and nice swimming beaches.
The house offers a light and invitingly furnished holiday apartment with one bedroom, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, two flowery terraces and access to the garden.
Outside there is a large garden and a brick-built grill. You can use it for grilling in our Mediterranean garden until the late evening hours. The site is around 1000m² and is in a quiet and shady pine forest by the sea with crystal clear water.
The little town, well-known for fishing with new discoveries every day, is also a starting point for many trips. Lovely towns and fabulous beaches are waiting to be discovered nearby. The nature reserve in the south of Istria delights with its unique flora and fauna.
