Spectacular villa with pool and garden in Santa Margalida.This incredible villa is located in the outskirts of Santa Margalida, in a very quiet rural area. Modern style and very functional, the house has been recently renovated but maintaining the character of a typical Mallorcan villa. In addition, it is fully equipped with everything you need to make you enjoy an unforgettable stay. As far as the exterior is concerned, Villa Turquesa has several perfectly furnished terraces, a large swimming pool with jacuzzi where you can cool off and a beautiful garden with natural grass.The finca is located on the outskirts of Santa Margalida, a small town located east of the island. There you can find numerous services as well as restaurants and shops. In addition, the excellent location of the house allows to explore with great ease the east coast of Mallorca. It is less than 15 minutes by car from the bay of Alcúdia and its spectacular sandy beach and crystal clear waters.     “Eine hübsche Villa in ländlicher Lage mit schönen Terrassen und einer großzügigen Poolanlage. Die 5 Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind sehr geräumig und gut möbliert. Das als 6. Schlafzimmer bezeichnete Zimmer, ausgestattet mit einer Schlafcouch, kann man nicht wirklich als solches nutzen.

    Durch die nachstehend aufgeführten Mängel wurde der ansonsten positive Gesamteindruck doch getrübt:

    1. Warmwasserspeicher mit 100 Litern Fassungsvermögen für 10 Personen viel zu klein.
    2. Kein Staubsauger vorhanden.
    3. Kaffeemaschine für 6 kleine Tassen und ein Nespressogerät nicht optimal. Wünschenswert
    wäre eine größere Kaffeemaschine oder besser noch ein Kaffeevollautomat.
    4. Das Essbesteck war billig und teilweise rostig.
    5. Die Schlaf- und Badezimmerfenster im 1. Stock zur Westseite sind undicht. Bei dem Unwetter
    während unseres Aufenthaltes standen diese Räume unter Wasser.
    6. Fliegengitter vor dem Küchenfenster und der Terrassentür wären mehr als hilfreich.
    7. Wünschenswert wäre auch der Empfang von deutschen TV-Sendern in den Schlafräumen.

    Fazit: Diese, von uns als solche empfundenen, Mängel sind sicherlich mit geringem finanziellen
    Aufwand abzustellen. Erst danach würden wir diese ansonsten schöne Villa mit 4,5 Häusern
