Small, cozy and practically furnished semi-detached house with direct access to the Szczecin Lagoon in the south of the island of Usedom. Here you can enjoy the location directly on the water with up to 4 people.

The living room with mini kitchen has direct access to the terrace and the small garden. From here you can jump directly into the water and cool off on hot days.

The first bedroom is located on the first floor and is equipped with a double bed (190x180 cm). Another bedroom with two single beds (190x90 cm) is located in the attic, roof slopes are present. The bedroom is accessible only by a steep staircase.

Other vacation properties and the landlord's house are located on the property, where you will be welcomed by the owners' friendly Labrador. For the children there are swings and playhouse for common use with the neighbors.

On the sunny island of Usedom, just past the Zecherin Bridge, away from the tourist strongholds, you will find the quiet and idyllic fishing village of Westklüne ? behind it is only the dike and the Szczecin Lagoon. This area is the absolute insider tip for those seeking relaxation ? Cycling, long walks on the dike or just sitting on the terrace and watching the hustle and bustle on the water. Discovering the former railroad lift bridge and the historic train station in Karnin on a bike tour or going around Lake Usedom ? there are several ways to spend a relaxing vacation here.

In the small harbor there is a ferry on call, which translates people with bicycles to Ostklüne. If the peace and quiet is too much for you, you can also visit one of the Kaiserbäder on the Baltic Sea, Karl's strawberry farm in Koserow or the Gulliver and the parrot house in Pudagla and much more. The technical monument of the railroad lift bridge in Karnin is also worth a trip.
