Amazing villa with swimming pool and access to a tennis camp, surrounded by a flower and wooded garden, coming up to the seaside of Siracusa.
Villa Maria Luisa with direct access to the beautiful and adjoining beach of Fanusa, is surrounded by a wide garden of flowers, palms, pines and comes with swimming pool and solarium. As they may like, our guests can also play tennis in the camp from the nearby resort, as well as join all summer events organized in the evening. Inside, our villa is a split level space with living room and kitchen on the ground floor: the living area is a bright and elegant room coming with large windows facing the garden; the kitchen is large, fully equipped and with direct access to the accessorized veranda. Going upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, one bedroom with four single beds and two bathroom with shower. Lastly, from the terrace our guests can enjoy a panoramic view on the garden, the pool and the seacoast nearby.
All the necessary comforts are available to meet our guests needs, for a stress-free and cozy stay: free Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioner for warmer italian days and heating for the colder season.

Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth of a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, In the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solarium (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its h natural and historic eye-catching landscapes.
