Inside, the villa is cosy and air-conditioned. Bright, spacious and airy, it has enough space for up to 4 people to stay together and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere. On the ground floor there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room and a spacious bathroom. Large patio doors give direct access to the spacious gardens. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor and share a family bathroom with bathtub. A large balcony offers beautiful views over the garden and the sea, for endless relaxation while enjoying refreshments.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large private garden, a great added bonus considering the beach location! The gardens have lawns, shrubs, palm and pine trees that provide shade during the hottest hours of the day. Spacious paved terraces with barbecue, dining tables, chairs and sofas provide excellent opportunities to enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate all summer long.
For the comfort of our guests, air-conditioning is available and included in the price between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am.
