This modern detached villa is conveniently located within walking
distance of Lourenco beach, shops and restaurants. Gale beach is just
1.1km from the villa.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with separate
dining area and feature fire place, a separate fitted kitchen, a double
bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, a Guest WC, a small
lounge/games room and a sitting room leading to the terrace.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom with en-suite ‘Jacuzzi’
bath and a second double bedroom both having access to a lovely balcony
with sea views. Patio doors from the living room and bedroom lead to
the covered terraces.

Decking surrounds the large swimming pool. A separate covered terrace
away from the house has high quality garden furniture and a BBQ to
enjoy ‘al fresco’ dining. Sun beds and a parasol are provided to soak
up the sun. The villa has well-kept mature gardens with lawns and
trees. Off road parking is available. *PC Not included

    “Gut: Viel Platz, relativ ruhig gelegen, großer Pool, relativ modern.

    Schlecht: Tor zur Grundstückseinfahrt war nach 3 Tagen defekt - Gott sei Dank hatten wir die Autos gerade außerhalb des Grundstücks geparkt bzw. waren unterwegs;
    Am Abreisetag wurde früh! das Wasser abgestellt!!! Es war zwar genug Wasser im Pool und Trinkwasser hatten wir genug gekauft - aber sowas geht GAR NICHT!!!”
