Apartment in Oberselk with Private Parking

This is a lovely holiday apartment for a maximum of four people. It has modern, quality furnishing and is on the first floor. The apartment of around 67m² provides ample space and provides everything you need. It has three bedrooms and was newly renovated in 2013. The living room of around 18m² has modern furnishing and provides plenty of space for four people, inviting you to spend cosy evenings together. It has a comfortable sofa, a table, a cupboard wall and satellite TV. The kitchen with a dining corner is generously equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and a first supply of tea towels, washing up liquid. There are also two beautifully furnsihed bedrooms measuring 18m² and 11m², each with a double bed (180 x 200cm, 140 x 200cm). The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, a washbasin and a WC, as well as a washing machine.



The outdoor area has a terrace with garden furniture and a big grill.

    “Sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet, Garten hinterm Haus mit Grillecke. In der Wohnung viel Platz und sehr sauber, nicht weit zum Baden, ca. 5oo m im Ort, und 20 km zur Ostsee mit dem Auto. Preislage war gut. Vermietern war immer erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit.”
