Relax by the pool or just chill in the enormous grounds, sunshine, shade, BBQ's cocktail in hand watching the legendary Canarian sunsets. All accesses are wide and there is a ramp to the pool and the house. This is also perfect for wheelchair users.
Guest access
The entire house is yours for the taking! All 450m2 plus 700m2 of the garden and 200m2 pool area to use how you like.
Owner's interaction with guests
The owner won't be on your property to cramp your style but always available via mail or phone for any questions you may have regarding the apartment or the local area. Information is also provided on the wall of the apartment with general services, how to use the appliances and emergency numbers to call.
