Palm Mar is a privileged 100% residential area in the south west of Tenerife. This oasis of peace and well being is patrolled 24 hours a day by the local police. It is located between 2 nature reserves (Maspais de la Rasca) Guaza and the sea. Palm Mar is a peaceful town with no hotels or discos. There is a golf course (Golf Los Palos) 2km from your flat. It is a 5 minute drive from the main attractions of the lively areas of Los Cristianos and Las Américas.

It overlooks the village of Palm Mar and offers a panoramic sea view of 180 degrees totally clear. It has just been completely refurbished (tiles, paint and furniture). The kitchen is also brand new. The renovated bathroom will seduce you with a large 1m70 fiber shower tray with rain shower system. A comfortable leather sofa is also brand new and has just been delivered! The large bedroom has nice furniture with blackout curtains. Your flat has 2 closed bedrooms (double beds for 2 people, 1 king size 1m60x 2m and 150X190 cm with a mattress and mattress topper for each one for soft and quiet nights. It can accommodate up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. It is fully equippedThe living room has a new leather sofa, a 55 inch LG smart TV with a large flat screen and satellite TV with international channels, DVD player and high speed internet. Sheets and towels are provided free of charge, as well as a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with: Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, LG fridge freezer, electric coffee machine, Bialetti Italian coffee machine, toaster, kettle..

Your flat has a superb terrace of 20m², with sofa and table + chairs from which you can take all your meals facing the ocean. It offers a superb 180 degree panoramic sea view and overlooks the village of Palm Mar. It is a real place to live. You can lounge in the sun, read, chat, play cards and have all your meals there

Lift, suitable for disabled persons. A free underground garage space is available. The car park is guarded and very secure. It connects directly to your flat by lift. So you won't have to drag your suitcases or your groceries and turn into the street before finding a parking space :) This peaceful oasis of Palm Mar is patrolled 24 hours a day by the local police

Located at 5 minutes walk from the beach, I promise you beautiful walks along the sea and beautiful swimming. In the residence there are 2 superb private swimming pools with deckchairs and parasols (including a children's pool). A tennis court is available to our guests free of charge and I lend 2 tennis rackets free of charge. A few meters from the flat you will find: supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, banks, taxi and bus station, gym, hairdressers, medical centre, pharmacy, diving centre.... a children's playground has just been built 50 m from the house (slide, turnstile...) Palm Mar is located at 05 minutes by car, from the main attractions of the lively areas of Los Cristianos and las Américas. On the programme: scuba diving, dolphin and whale watching, sea fishing, surfing, sailing, windsurfing; golf, horse riding, karting, mountain biking, paragliding, jet skiing, trekking.... Your flat is close to the T1 motorway which links the whole island. This will allow you to visit the main attractions of Tenerife (Teide, Loro Park, Siam Park, the capital Santa Cruz...)     “Sehr gut gelegenes und angenehmes Apartment für 2 Erwachsene. Ohne Bedenken weiter zu empfehlen. Positiv: Die Aussicht von der geräumigen und komfortabel ausgestattetenLoggia ist großartig. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und ruhig, der Poolbereich großzügig und angenehm. Negativ: Für die Liegen am Pool fehlen Auflagen.”

    just back from Palm Mar and may I say what a fab time was had by the whole family we stayed at the Jasmine Apartment which I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Tenerife, the apartment was clean and had everything you could possibly need to have a great holiday, pools were great kids loved them If I ever return to Tenerife this Apartment would be my first choice of places to stay. Also may I say the property manager jessica,made us feel so welcome and was on hand for anything we needed to know. thanks for a fab holiday defo a 5 star from us x x x”

    “An excellent apartment with a lovely balcony with a dining table chairs and a sofa. It has views of the sea and great sunsets. The kitchen is small but well equiped. The living room is comfortable with a small table although we ate every meal on the deck. The beds are very comfortable. We had a great time and plan to return.”
