In the same house, downstairs, is situated a shop. The apartment is situated on the second floor (mansarda) with a surface of 80m2 and consists of two bedrooms (one with one double bed and other with two single beds), a living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, the bathroom is with shower and wc, there is a terrace with furniture and private parking. SAT-TV, air condition, bed linen and use of internet are included in the price, pets are not allowed.
