Can Salom is a wonderful villa located in the luxurious and quiet residential area of ​​Mal Pas, just 150 meters from the beach of Sant Pere: a wonder of nature for its fine sand, crystal clear turquoise waters and stunning views of Formentor and the Bay of Pollensa.



Between pines and with the view of the sea always present, this villa stands, with a lush garden surrounding the property.



Access from the garden to the stairs that lead to the property, located on the first floor. We found first with a small hall. On the right is a spacious living room with access to a large and cozy terrace, equipped with furniture where we can enjoy a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner all in a very natural environment.The fully equipped kitchen is located past the dining room and separate of this.



On the left side of the hall are the bedrooms and bathrooms. Starting with two bedrooms with two twin beds and bathrooms ensuite each. The bedroom with double bed and finally the master bedroom with double bed, ensuite bathroom and exit to the large terrace.



On the ground floor there is a spacious porch with furniture, the garage and a bathroom with shower.



The property has a ping pong table, a canoe and a bicycle for the enjoyment of its guests.
