Cozy and warm apartment with balcony overlooking the "Kaiserburg" ski slope, only few steps from the cable car. Well furnished kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Two double bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (suitable for 1 adult or two children). Parking space in the bulding garage and storage room for sports equipment. Pets are welcome. Comfortable for families. In Summer you can buy the "Kärnten Card", a special card which gives you free access to the main attractions of the region. In winter we can offer many special deals for skipasses, like ski+spa, "Familien Eu" (in the period 05.01.19-08.03.19 for each adult paying a 6 days skipass, one child 6-12 pays 1 E..... per day), or "Ski-Thermen-Wochen" (speacial rates including a skipass for skiing and a 50% discount on the Römerbad Spa). The city tax of 3.3 per person / night (for adults only) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash at check-in..We welcome our guests to our office in the village of Bad Kleinkirchheim, and after completing the registration we accompany them to the house to illustrate all the small details of the home. Throughout the stay we are available for any needs and at the end of the holiday we greet guests directly on the spot. The apartment is located in the district of Zirkitzen, 5 minutes walk far from the Römerbad Spa and the cable car of the Kaiserburg ( the famous "Franz Klammer" world cup slope. The golf course is 1 km far. The best way to move in Bad Kleinkirchheim is your own car, but there is a comfortable bus service, in the summer with your Region Card (free for each guest) you can reach the cabler car stations and the spas with the city bus, in winter many skibusses will take you to all the ski slopes.The check-in operations (check-in at 4.00 pm / check-out from 8.00 am) are carried out at my office in the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim, in  ISA Agentur….Dorfstrsse 49 where the guests are registered, the deposit . payment of the tourist tax, and any payments, the delivery of the wifi device. We then accompany the guests to the house, visit the accommodation and give instructions on the equipment supplied with the accommodation, and on how to return them. We remain available for any problem / need throughout your stay. On the day of departure we meet the guests in the accommodation and after a short inspection we return the deposit.
