-Guests must take care of the garbage generated during their stay. Please separate the garbage in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.
-Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close the windows and doors so that the cold or hot air does not escape.
-Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.

- Visitors must pay a deposit before arrival, of 500.00 Euros, which will be returned after departure.
- Tourist Tax: €2.2/adult/night to be paid before arrival by credit card or bank transfer.
- Check-in after 8:00 p.m. will have an extra cost of €35 to be paid in cash upon arrival.
