Villa Simo overlooks green olive trees and is located just 300 meters far from the sea; its lush garden with two wide verandas, an equipped BBQ area and a pool make it the perfect destination for open-air lovers. It is located in a pretty discreet residence, and is best suitable for families or couples. This is a wonderful Marsala holiday rental and an excellent base for discovering the wonderful surrounding area: from San Vito Lo Capo to Erice, from Mothia to the Aegadian Islands, from Trapani to Mazara del Vallo.
This villa with pool is near the city centre, giving you the chance to go easily on a night out and try some of the traditional Sicilian restaurants of the old town.
The area of Marsala is one of the most beautiful of the island. There you will find beaches surrounded by unspoilt nature such as the ones within the Stagnone nature reserve, and Mt. Cofano nature reserve.
Marsala’s seaside is quite the sight too. Its saltpans and windmills are a landscape you don’t want to miss, especially in the late afternoon.
If you feel like going on a day trip you can hop a ferry and get to the Aegadian islands everyday. Favignana is about 20/30 minutes away so you can easily make a round trip within the day to have a swim in its crystal-clear sea.
