Great cabin on Norefjell`s sunny side near Tempelseter in Sigdal municipality. The cabin is located on a sunny spot. The cross-country ski trails close by take you on a more than 30-mile-long network of trails in Norefjell. If you want to start the trip over the tree line, you can drive for about 10 minutes up to Tempelseter. Here you also will find a child-friendly ski slope. For those who want bigger challenges in the slopes, you can head over to Norefjell Ski Center. The trip takes about 25 minutes. From Tempelseter you can choose between groomed ski trails through the forest towards Norefjellstua, or a large network of trails in the directions of Haglebu towards Nrefjellstua, or to one of the many mountain peaks in the area. Høgvarde can offer Norway`s second best view. Tempelseter Fjellstue can offer a better meal, concerts and dance events in some weekends. In summer, Norefjell offers great hiking and biking opportunities. There are also many mountain lakes in Eggedalsfjellet where you can try your fishing luck. In Eggedal you will find several shops, as well as Eggedal Borgerstue. Here everything in settled for an active and nice holiday all year round!
