This beautiful, new and comfortable holiday apartment for 5 people is located in a private urbanization on the beach of Arenales del Sol, one of the most beautiful, golden sandy beaches of the entire Costa Blanca.
The bright apartment was built in 2019 and is decorated in a modern, elegant and functional style.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen, with everything you need. It has a sunny terrace with high quality outdoor furniture, ideal for a drink in the evening in the company of friends or family.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning through shafts (hot and cold) and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Thus, a stay here is pleasant both in summer and in winter, although the region enjoys a fantastic, Mediterranean climate all year round. It also counts with Wi-Fi.
The urbanization has a nice community pool to relax and unwind with a refreshing swim.
The beach of Arenales del Sol is full of beautiful dunes and pine forests that have a great value for the environment and is a paradise for long walks on the beach, water sports of all kinds and romantic dinners in the "Chiringuitos". Highly recommended is the visit of the nature reserve "Clot de Galvany", an example of native flora and fauna.
The Costa Blanca offers beautiful beaches and coves and Alicante, Dénia, Altea, Calpe, Xàbia or Torrevieja are beautiful coastal towns, perfect for a day trip to get to know the local culture and festivals.
